  • We ran several member sruveys over a period of a quarter to determine the needs / desires that the different types of members had
  • Once we identified the needs of the members we developed a ongoing plan for upgrading the site and adding value that the members requested most.
 

Results

As a result of the work put into creating a strategic roadmap for the Association website, we developed a clear view of who the company’s best-performing competitors are and what exactly they do to be on top of the day to day activities. In addition to that, we created interactive dashboards that provided data visualization that allowed the team to monitor and adjust our plan based on solid member activity data. This made it clear what area of the site needed development and refinement and lead to a steady increase in renewals and new memberships for the Association even during the Covid crisis.
