Over the past few days, we shifted from experimentation into something just as important: stability, coordination, and real-world execution.
Here’s what came out of the lab this week 👇
🧠 System Stability Achieved
For the first time, the entire agent ecosystem ran clean:
• No critical alerts
• All systems operational
• Full connectivity across project, CRM, and marketing platforms
That includes:
-
89 projects visible via OpenProject
-
1.4M contacts active in Mautic
-
A healthy SuiteCRM pipeline
This is a big milestone — reliability is what turns experiments into systems you can trust.
🤖 Agents Working Like a Team
Each agent operated with a clear role:
• Mason → Content strategy & planning
• Grayson → Sales pipeline & onboarding prep
• Spock → Product builds & demos
• R2D2 → Research (events, insights)
• Archer → PRD creation
• Wren → Coordination & operations
Instead of isolated tasks, this started to look like a coordinated digital workforce.
📅 Event Intelligence & Market Coverage
We ran a focused research pass on events:
• 16 new events discovered
• Key date changes identified
• Full calendar coverage from Sept–Dec 2026 completed
In total, 23 events were added in just a few days, filling critical visibility gaps.
🚀 From Research to Execution
One of the most interesting shifts this week:
AI didn’t just analyze — it delivered.
• A full PRD for Interactive Charts was completed in ~2 hours
• 7 development tasks were generated automatically
• Architecture (Chart.js + Qualtrics) defined and approved
This is where things start to change:
👉 AI moving from support → to actual production output
📊 The Numbers
• 23 total events added (March 14–17)
• 16 new events discovered in one research cycle
• 7+ OpenProject tasks created
• 1 full PRD delivered same-day
• 7 agents active and coordinated
🎯 Active Focus Areas
• Anthony Demo → 3 days to delivery
• Interactive Charts → awaiting client input
• Marky Onboarding → Week 1 kickoff
• Continued event research & pipeline development
⚠️ Reality Check
Even with all this progress, the system still depends on:
• Client inputs (blocking builds)
• Tight delivery timelines
• Pipeline maintenance
This isn’t magic — it’s a system that still needs direction.
🔑 The Bigger Takeaway
What we’re starting to see isn’t just “AI tools.”
It’s the early shape of:
a coordinated, role-based digital workforce that can:
• research
• plan
• create
• coordinate
• and execute real work
And more importantly…
run continuously without downtime.
Still early — but this week felt like a shift from experiments to operations. ⚡
